Water Usage and Running Toilet

8/17/2022

Please be conservative and pay attention to leaking toilets.  Leaking toilets can cause your water bill to be higher than normal.  These are usually easy and inexpensive fixes.  If a toilet is constantly running, it can use 6,480 gallons PER DAY.  That would be 194,400 gallons of water for 30 days.  This would be a VERY expensive water bill.  Please see the link below for more information.

Replacement parts for a toilet can be purchased at any plumbing store or WalMart or Lowe's in the plumbing section, or Bemac Supply (the old Union Ironworks) etc. for a small amount of money.
